At NWSL SHOP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that customized jerseys and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
